We start with a process where the relief is felt straight away. Further processes use the same connections and are added faster. We use AI where it adds real value, for example with enquiries that everyone writes differently.

From a project: a trading company with an ERP
Listened first, then automated.
Together with the people who handle customer enquiries, we looked at how their work runs. It turned out that not only the typing took time, but also the follow-up questions when details were missing.
Today an assistant reads every enquiry from email and attachment, checks whether all details are there, and asks the customer for anything missing. The data ends up in the existing ERP. In operation since April 2026.
20 out of 22 test enquiries read completely correctly, on cases not used for fine-tuning

Do we need a new system for this?
No. We automate between the software you already have: ERP, specialist software, Excel, email, file share. If there is no suitable interface, we look at other ways, for example via the database or file exchange. What is possible and sensible for you, we work out together with your IT.
